Ab Blast - A high intense ab/core class designed to strengthen the mid-section and make you sweat. In only 30 minutes you will go through a variety of exercises that will fire you up and get you ready for anything!
Aqua Jogging - is a water-based class that will improve your aerobic fitness and endurance. Be prepared to use your arms, hips, and legs continuously as you jog in the water, with the benefit of less impact on your body.
BodyBlast - Using full body workouts designed to challenge strength and endurance. Our expert instructors tailor this class to every ability. Targeting a variety of muscle groups, this 45 minute work-out is high intensity and high impact – expect results!
Bodyweight Blast – a 30 minute high intensity bodyweight workout. This class is designed to work your full body, with no weights or equipment required. It may only be 30 minutes, but the quick bursts of effort and short/active recovery periods, will certainly get your heart rate up.
BodyFlex - is a combination class incorporating Yoga, Pilates and Core Stability. It will improve overall flexibility and core strength while leaving you feeling rejuvenated.
Bodytone - is a progressive class, which is considered a step up, from Bums & Tums. Using resistance and stretching exercises for precision firming and muscle conditioning, it provides an intense, non-cardio workout that targets all the major muscle groups.
BoxFit - a fun, challenging and safe workout for all fitness levels, based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes include a variety of shadow-boxing, skipping, hitting pads, kicking punchbags, press-ups and more.
Bums & Tums – is a fun filled way to help tone areas of your thighs, bum and stomach. It is perfect for members who are keen to improve their overall body shape & improve their fitness levels through a variety of resistance-based equipment-free exercises.
Circuits - Circuits is a fantastic workout that’s great for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Incorporating a variety of exercises at separate stations and you take part in small groups, taking on each exercise at your own pace. It’s a great way to help you get in shape, while the social element helps you to stay motivated.
Core Cycle - is a combination of 30 minutes Group Cycling followed by a 15 minutes Core Workout to give you a well-balanced work out.
Core Workout - is a class designed to improve core & abdominal strength. This low impact workout will strengthen your abdomen, back muscles & improve your posture, balance and mobility. A 30-minute workout designed for any fitness level.
DanceFit - combine a number of dance styles, beat, bollywood, burlesque, hip hop, street, latin; there is something for everyone. This class works cardio and interval training, with special isolation for those hard to target areas. A great workout, to leave a smile on your face and sweat on your brow.
FunXtional Circuits - is an exciting circuit style fitness class using functional training equipment from battle ropes and medicine balls to TRX. This class combines muscular endurance and aerobic exercises that will truly push your body to the limit. Delivered by our expert staff from Degrees, this class is a sure fire way to blast away those calories!
FunXtional Fitness – is based upon our popular class FunXtional Circuits. The class incorporates functional movements without the circuit format. It is designed to improve your full body strength, core strength & co-ordination, by training multiple muscle groups at the same time to help your body function better as a whole.
Group Cycle - is an instructor-led group class, which is set to music using specialized bikes. The instructor will take you through a series of flat sections climbs and sprints. As one of our instructor’s encourages – put on more resistance!
GluteFit - designed to activate your glute and leg muscles more effectively, allowing for more efficient training and faster results. Tone, develop and fire your glutes, to increase performance, burn calories and challenge yourself with a variety exercises.
HIIT (Abs and Full Body) - is a short, fun intense fat burning workout in just 30 minutes. This class will give you an all-out 100% effort through quick bursts of high intensity exercise with short/active recovery periods.
Insane Workout - is a class based on traditional interval training... turned on its head. You will perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest. Each workout keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals performed at your MAX. Plyometric drills on top of non-stop intervals of strength, power, resistance, ab and core training moves will have you working like you have never worked before. You would be insane to miss this class!
Kettlebells - is a great full body conditioning class. Kettlebell exercises get your heart rate up in a whole different way than cardio. Not only that, these movements challenge almost every muscle in your body.
Pilates - is for everyone who wants to build up good core, back and glute strength with control. There's a focus on posture alignment and engagement of the muscles during the Pilates moves. This class is great for anyone who wants to get better at their sport, those who just want to improve their posture and control of the body and for those who just want to work hard to build a strong body without impact!
Power Blast - Power Blast is a dynamic and exciting class from the instructors at Queens Sport. Combining bodyweight suspension training with explosive, power movements such as slams, step-ups and bodyweight movements this class is sure to challenge you in new and exciting ways. A full body, functional workout for everyone!
Strength Fit – Want to challenge yourself? Then Strength Fit is the class for you! Using Dumbbells, Barbells & bodyweight to challenge all major muscle groups to become stronger. Working out with weights and focusing on problem areas is the sure-fire way to success.
Super Sculpt - is a conditioning based class using various weights and other pieces of resistance equipment. This class will improve muscular endurance and definition while burning calories and shedding body fat.
Total Body Conditioning - This class is for everyone! Using both free weight and bodyweight exercises to achieve the desired burn, participants will work isolated muscle groups to give them the shape and tightness they are looking for.
Tone N Trim – a progressive class using resistance & stretching exercises for precision firming and muscle conditioning, it provides an intense, non-cardio workout that targets all the major muscle groups.
Yoga For All – in the class you will be led through progressive Yoga with modifications for all. It will challenge & increase your strength & flexibility, while focusing on relaxation & mindfulness.
Yin Yoga - the practice of yin yoga is slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body...by stretching and deepening into poses, we’re opening up any blockages and releasing the energy to flow freely as well as targeting the deep connective tissues, the fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones to improve flexibility... Please wear an extra layer of clothing to keep the body warm , bring a couple of blankets if possible to the class, a yoga block and /or bolster... When props are not available, we will do a slow Yoga sequence practice to stretch, relax and restore the body. All abilities welcome.
Zumba - fuses aerobic, conditioning and dance training exercises to a mixture of Latin and International music. This is an exciting, high energy class which is suitable for all fitness levels. You will have so much fun, you won't believe it's a workout!
Further Class Information
- Members may book classes 7 days in advance
- Members must book prior to the class commencing
- Members who wish to cancel a class booking must give at least 1 hours notice. Members who breach this policy may have their booking privileges restricted
- Guests cannot book in advance. If a space is available before the class commences, guests may book in
- Members and guests not booked prior to a class commencing cannot be guaranteed a place
- Classes with poor levels of attendance maybe removed from the programme
- All classes must have at least four Members in attendance to operate. Instructors reserve the right to cancel a class with less than four Members during the warm up component
- Please ensure the appropriate attire is worn to classes. Please check with instructors for further details
- The programme is subject to change and may be amended during public holiday periods
