Absolute Abs is a general core conditioning workout involving a mixture of abdominal exercises to tone and trim the mid-section. Training on the abs, back and all other functional areas will create a firmer, toned and stronger abdominal region.
Aqua Jog is a water-based class that will improve your aerobic fitness and endurance, giving you an overall enhanced non weight bearing workout.
Ashtanga Yoga is a style of Yoga that follows a set series of postures, and links movement to breath, so that moving into and out of each pose is as important as holding the poses themselves. This practice can facilitate improvements in upper body and core endurance, trunk and hamstring flexibility, shoulder and ankle-calf flexibility, as well as a reduction in total body fat percentage. There are six series in the Ashtanga style, and everyone starts with Primary Series. The instructor will guide you into and out of each pose in the Primary Series and give a breath count while you hold the poses.

DanceFit classes combine a number of dance styles, beat, bollywood, burlesque, hip hop, street, latin; there is something for everyone. Indoor Cycling Endurance similar to our Indoor Cycling but the emphasis is on cardiovascular improvement. Be prepared to for a long ride!

Pilates is for everyone who wants to build up good core, back and glute strength with control. There's a focus on posture alignment and engagement of the muscles during the pilates moves. This class is great for anyone who wants to get better at their sport, those who just want to improve their posture and control of the body and for those who just want to work hard to build a strong body without impact! (Recommendation would be that participants would have some understanding of pilates or exercises in general. Due to the intensity of the class it is not recommended for beginners in pilates.)
Power Chi Yoga is the ultimate stress buster class, it will offer an effective solution to tension and stress and is the ultimate preventative exercise form. Power Chi Yoga improves flexibility, fitness and strength, gently and easily without vigorous training. It begins with a relaxation section focused on breathing, then stretches working on flexibility, strength improving postures, balance postures, and a tai chi section focusing on breathing and strength.
Step 'n' Core is a choreographed class involving different aerobic stepping movements; it is a great toning and trimming workout for those trouble areas.
Super Sculpt is a conditioning based class using various weights and other pieces of resistance equipment. This class will improve muscular endurance and definition while burning calories and shedding body fat.
Total Body Conditioning This class is for everyone! Using both free weight and bodyweight exercises to achieve the desired burn, participants will work isolated muscle groups to give them the shape and tightness they are looking for.
Zumba fuses aerobic, conditioning and dance training exercises to a mixture of Latin and International music. This is an exciting, high energy class which is suitable for all fitness levels. You will have so much fun, you won't believe it's a workout!

- Members may book classes 7 days in advance
- Members must book prior to the class commencing
- Members who wish to cancel a class booking must give at least 1 hours notice. Members who breach this policy may have their booking privileges restricted
- Guests cannot book in advance. If a space is available before the class commences, guests may book in
- Members and guests not booked prior to a class commencing cannot be guaranteed a place
- Classes with poor levels of attendance maybe removed from the programme
- All classes must have at least four Members in attendance to operate. Instructors reserve the right to cancel a class with less than four Members during the warm up component
- Please ensure the appropriate attire is worn to classes. Please check with instructors for further details
- The programme may be amended during public holiday periods
