With summer sadly coming to an end it's time to start thinking about 'Getting Back Into It'. This autumn we are offering a wide range of courses that will help you get back into the routine, get active and learn new skills!!
Adult Courses
Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, or try something new, our programme has something for all fitness levels and interests:
- Contemporary Dance
- Ashtanga-Inspired Yoga
- R.I.S.E (early and mid-morning sessions)

Children's Courses
