Taekwondo is a Korean martial art and Olympic combat sport. It focuses mainly on strikes, mostly kicks but upper body striking also. It's name means the way of foot and fist and it is one of the most practiced martial arts in the world combining elements of fitness, flexibility, self-defence and most importantly fun.

Baby Ballet
Baby Ballet Beginners is designed to give the little ones a beautiful introduction to the world of ballet. The tutor will guide the children using exercises and music specially selected for the class, encouraging physical and intellectual development as well as creativity and social skills.
Baby Ballet Improvers is a continuation of Baby Ballet Beginners. Children will continue developing fundamentals of ballet such as posture, coordination, musicality and imagination. Taught in a friendly ludic environment supporting your child individual development
In Baby Ballet Pre-Primary, your child will work with the British Ballet dance curriculum. Even though the class has more Ballet technical elements involved, the focus is still on enjoyment and creativity. Exams at the end of the year will be optional.

KinderGym
KinderGym is a structured pre-school gymnastics class for children aged 3-5 years. Classes are designed to learn through play and enhance emerging gymnastics skills with continuous development of motor skills and confidence. Improving co-ordination, agility and balance. All activities are run with a parent or guardian to assist so that these active tinies have the security of a friendly face together with a helping hand!
