Queen's Sport are pleased to announce that all Spring Adult Courses will open for enrolment on Monday 8 April 2013! 

New for Spring 2013- ReActivate- Functional Movement Class- A joint friendly class aiming to develop better posture, mobility, flexibility, core strength and overall better movement

This class is ideal for those new to group fitness, those returning to exercise or rehabilitating after an injury, and active adults who want improved mobility, strength and flexibility.
