Exciting Winter Term 2 Courses
As winter continues, we're thrilled to start Term 2 for our winter courses. We've got a range of programmes for all ages and interests, ensuring there's something for everyone.
Here's a glimpse of what's in store:
Children's Climbing - Starting 24th February. Nurture your child's adventurous spirit with our Children's Climbing course, fostering strength, coordination, and a love for physical activity.
KinderGym - Starting 21st February. Little ones can tumble, jump, and play in our KinderGym programme, promoting motor skills and social interaction in a fun and safe environment.
Future Fitness - Starting 22nd February. Get a head start on a healthier lifestyle with Future Fitness, designed to instill good habits and a love for staying active from an early age.
Adults Climbing - Starting 19th February & Intermediates Starting 23rd February. Scale new heights with our Adults Climbing classes, suitable for both beginners and intermediates, promising an exhilarating and empowering experience.
Ballet - Starting 27th February & 7th March. Discover the grace and beauty of Ballet in our carefully crafted classes, welcoming participants of all skill levels.
Strength into Flow Yoga - Starting 4th March. Unwind and strengthen your body and mind with our Strength into Flow Yoga sessions, blending fitness and mindfulness for a holistic experience.
Mid Morning RISE - Starting 19th February. Kickstart your day with our Mid Morning RISE program, a perfect blend of energizing workouts to boost your morning routine.
