New on the blog!
As we embrace the colder weather and shorter days, it’s safe to say retreating to our sofas in the evening becomes a lot easier.
However Aoife McKeever, Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist at Kingsbridge Physiotherapy Clinic encourages us to break that cycle and to keep moving throughout the winter months. The working from home culture has created a more sedentary lifestyle for many so she recommends simple stretches and encourages us to look for exercises we enjoy which in turn will help avoid issues such as back pain and stress.
