Our popular Intro to Pilates and Pilates courses with Asdis Lindal are back for Autumn 2020!
Pilates combines mental conditioning with physical training, working the body from inside out to lengthen and strengthen, tone and condition.
- Intro to Pilates will be held on Mondays in Studio 3 from 17.20 - 18.20.
- Pilates will be held on Mondays in Studio 3 from 19.00 - 20.00.
- Both courses will being on Monday 28 September and run for 12 weeks inclusive.
- Both courses are £72 for members and £96 for non-members.
- Please note all bookees must adhere to Queen's Sport Return to Fitness Guidelines.

Non-members - You can register as a course non-member and then book your course on-line.
