#QUBeWell - University Wellbeing Week

Walking for wellness – explore nature in Botanic Gardens with others.
To celebrate University Mental Health Day, we are hosting a nature walk in Botanic gardens. Be Active, Connect with others and Take Notice of the new growth and beautiful flowers that are starting to bloom.
Escape the computer screen, get some fresh air, and meet some new people!
Free hot drinks, fresh fruit, and wellbeing goodies for each attendee.
This event is open to all students and staff.
Please note there will be three main meeting points:
- Outside Starbucks coffee shop (Lisburn Road) at 12:05
- Front of the Lanyon Building at 12:10
- Outside McClay Library at 12:15

This year's national University Mental Health Day will take place on Thursday 3rd of March 2022. Inspired by it's theme, "Mental Health & Wellbeing and Green Spaces", #QUBeWell is a full week of events taking place from Monday 28 February to Friday 4 March, and there is something for everyone.
