Queen’s Sport Couch to 5K Programme

Want to get into Running but don’t know how? Join the Queen’s Sport Couch to 5K Programme!

The overall aim of the Couch 2 5K programme is to provide opportunities to get active on campus. The programme represents a structured pathway to make walking, jogging and running accessible and fun through a flexible 10 week programme.

A great way to get back to fitness after lockdown!

The programme will run for 10 weeks starting on Tuesday 12th October at 7pm in Upper Malone Playing Fields.
