#QUBeWell - University Wellbeing Week
Come along to the PEC and meet some of the best instructors in the business and find out how to get active and have fun through ‘Group Fitness classes’ at Queen’s Sport. There will be free tasters, advice and active campus goodies.
We'll provide professional advice on the day on how to get started and some demos and tasters on our most popular classes. Spin/Circuits/HITT and Yoga with information on how to use the free ‘my wellness fitness app’.
Free Clements coffee and cold drinks, fresh fruit, and active campus goodies for each attendee.
This event is open to all students and staff.

This year's national University Mental Health Day will take place on Thursday 3rd of March 2022. Inspired by it's theme, "Mental Health & Wellbeing and Green Spaces", #QUBeWell is a full week of events taking place from Monday 28 February to Friday 4 March, and there is something for everyone.
