Keep Fit Yoga - Starting 29th April

Maintain a healthy and fit integrating your body, mind and spirit, plus experience the overall positive effects of Yoga

Feel the overall positive effect on your health by integrating mind, body and spirit.
This course will cover a wide range of Asanas combining still poses with sequences and Sun Salutations designed to help you improve your strength, balance, flexibility, stamina and increase your body awareness, all this with the benefit of enjoying a more focused and calm mind. You will practice some breathing exercises and small meditations to help you relax and unwind. You will also learn the classical Hatha postures with the opportunity to deepen the strength of your practise by holding the poses for longer. 
Each practice will include: Breathing exercises (pranayama), a gentle warm up, sun/moon salutation, balancing poses, a core workout, some gentle stretching and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra at the end of each class. 

This course is suitable for both beginners and those with some Yoga experience.

  • Yoga style: Hatha and Hatha Flow
  • QS members can book using their online login details

  • Health Declarations must be complete and returned

 You will receive a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) via e-mail after you complete your booking. You must fill in and return this PARQ in order to receive the relevant Zoom links and participate in the course.
