World Mental Health Day - Monday 10th October

To Celebrate World Mental Health Day we want as many people as possible to join us on Monday 10th October from 12.30-1.30pm for a Yoga Session in the Main Hall with Carolina!

Mental Health Awareness has become increasingly important over the last few years especially since Covid. Through Hostisic Exercises we can reduce stress by relaxing and unwinding from our external stresses. Put yourself first for an hour by joining us for yoga and let your mind rewind and recharge!
