To help you keep active over the Winter months Queen's Sport are offering a range of Adult and Children's, fitness & holistic courses. Children's courses include: Climbing, Taekwondo, Gymnastics, Basketball, Baby ballet & Contemporary Dance (Starting 7 January) Children's courses are now available to book online.
Adult Courses include: Female Strength Training, Mid-Morning RISE and Nidra Yoga (Starting 9 January) Book Online
