To request a booking at Queen’s Sport Upper Malone, please complete and return our official booking form.

Upper Malone Bookings Form
Includes facility selection, booking details, invoicing information, participant numbers, equipment, catering, and additional event requirements.

Once completed, please return the form to: malonebookings@qub.ac.uk

Please Note:

• All bookings are subject to availability and approval.

• A risk assessment is required before your booking can be confirmed.

• Event bookings may require a site visit and additional documentation in advance.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may incur the full booking fee.
