Upgrade, downgrade, freeze, or cancel your membership-
To make changes to your Queen’s Sport membership, please download and complete the relevant form below. Once filled in, email it to memberships@qub.ac.uk for processing.
To ensure we can update your account, please complete all sections of the form in full.
Important:
We require one month’s notice for all membership changes. The cut-off date each month is the 6th.

Forms received on or before the 6th will be processed for the end of that month.

Forms received after the 6th will be processed for the end of the following month.
Example:
A cancellation form received on 6 January will take effect on 31 January.
A form received on 7 January will take effect on 29 February.
Summer 2025 Freeze for Students July & August Summer Freeze is only available to students paying by Direct Debit.
