Introducing Fitness Plus
Fitness Plus is a member benefit, aimed at maximising your fitness experience at Queen's Sport.
A suite of FREE staff consultations will get you started and keep you motivated to meet your fitness goals.
Fit Plus Start - A group induction for up to 6 people. This induction is as an introduction to the Fitness areas, equipment and how to safely navigate your way through the gym
Fit Plus Weights - A group induction for up to 6 people. This basic introduction to Weights and Strength & Conditioning equipment will advise how to use the equipment in this area safely
Fit Plus Programme - A 1:1 induction which includes a needs analysis and programme based on fitness levels and needs (Programme design can take up to 3 days)
Queen's Sport members can book a place online or by using the QS App or in person at reception
Fitness Plus Seminars and Workshops
Throughout the year Fitness Plus offers members the chance to attend Health and Fitness seminars as well as practical workshops.
Members will benefit from specialist advice and knowledge, upskill their own training techniques and take their fitness to the next level.

Summer Workouts- routines for your holidays With Paul Reynolds, This workshop is perfect for those who are off on holiday or travel due to work and don’t have a gym nearby. Paul is offering a practical workshop to give you the chance to try different exercises and help you plan workouts on holiday using just bodyweight, movement techniques and resistance band based exercises..
Additionally, this workshop will improve your warm up protocols with the use of resistance bands to activate and mobilise muscles and joints before workouts, helping to improve performance and avoid injury
