Winter Courses Enrolment Opens Monday, 2 December

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our biggest-ever course programme for both adults and children! Whether you're aiming to RISE to new fitness challenges or discover the joy of dance, there’s something for everyone this winter at Queen’s Sport.

Courses for Adults:
This Winter, take your fitness and well-being to the next level. From RISE & Strength Training with Paul Reynolds to Mo’s Boxing and Fundamentals, we have a variety of options to suit all interests.

Refine your skills with Climbing, Swimming, or explore balance and flexibility through Ballet, Yoga, or Pilates. Plus, don’t miss our new addition, Ultimate Glutes – a targeted workout to sculpt and strengthen.

Exciting activities are waiting for your little ones this Winter!
