Join Our Couch to 5K Programme!
Ready to take the leap to running your first 5K? Our 10-week Couch to 5K programme is designed to build your running stamina in a fun and supportive environment. Perfect for beginners, this programme will help you gradually improve your fitness as part of a weekly social running group.
With guidance from our student volunteers, you’ll receive a weekly session plan to follow at home, ensuring you stay on track to reach your goals. The programme is open to QUB Staff, Students, and the Wider Community.
