Practice a wide range of Asanas combining still poses with sequences and Sun Salutations designed to help you improve your strength, stamina, balance, flexibility and increased body awareness, all these with the added benefit of enjoying a more focused and calm mind.
In this course we will also practice some breathing exercises and small meditations to help you relax and unwind.
