With the unplanned closure of all our facilities due to COVID - 19, we appreciate there has been a lot of uncertainty in areas such as Queen's Sport memberships, Adult and Children's courses, our Spring Programme and Summer Scheme 2020.

To help with your queries we have compiled a list of FAQs and answers. As you can imagine this is a fast changing environment that we are working in so this may change. We will keep our website updated as things change.

Queen’s Sport FAQ’s

Q. How long will the membership freeze last?

A. Your membership freeze will apply for the duration of the closure.

Q. I paid for the month of March by direct debit can I get a refund for the 2 weeks closed?

A. Yes, we are currently working on the best way of refunding all monthly payments received in March

Q. I still have 2 months remaining on my 12 month membership will I get a 2 month refund.

A. If you have a lump sum membership the duration that we are closed will be added to your subscription end date.

Q. I have a 9 month or 12 month membership and will graduate in the summer can I get a refund for the remainder of my membership?

A. All 9 and 12 month student memberships will be automatically extended once we have a confirmed reopen date. Any students who are unable to use their membership  once we reopen should apply for a refund.

Q. Will there be refunds for Winter programme?

A. Everyone who has paid for a Winter 2020 course will be refunded for the weeks missed due to closure

Q. Will there be a children’s/adult programme in the spring?

A. We hope so however this will depend on when we reopen.
