Ulster Bank Bursary Awards are available to current students who have achieved a high standard in their particular non-Academy sport. GAA, Rugby and Soccer athletes can apply separately through the Academy Scholarship Programme.

*Please note that Rowing athletes can only apply through the Ulster Bank Sports Bursary scheme

To apply for an Ulster Bank Sports Bursary or Academy Scholarship please fill out the online application form.

Please note that as a bursary or academy recipient your details will be forwarded to the Queen’s Student Recruitment team who may wish to meet you. Throughout the year, the Student Recruitment team may then invite you to accompany them on a visit to your old school or other schools where you may be required to give a short presentation on your experience at Queen’s and your involvement in Sport. You may also be invited to provide profile information to be used in promotional material.
