Active Campus aims to promote and deliver health benefits for the University community through the promotion of physical activity. Our aim is not only to improve physical health, but mental and emotional well-being amongst participants as well.
We want to promote a range of social, recreational, club sport and physical activity opportunities to ensure high levels of participation. We will be working alongside relevant Queen’s Schools such as Student Well-being, Residential Life and the Student’s Union to make sure we can cater for everyone’s needs.
Participation for all levels of fitness can be through recreational gym activity, group exercise classes, organised team sports and Couch 2 5K programmes - it doesn't matter as long as you take part!
