Our Direct Debit is very flexible and has no fixed term. The membership will continue to run until you give us a calendar month’s notice to cancel or freeze.
We do offer a freeze option with our membership for the following reasons:
- Illness, Injury or pregnancy, supported by a doctors certificate
- Work Related reasons- people who are required by work to go away for periods exceeding one month.
The maximum amount of time that we can freeze a membership for is 6 months.
The Direct Debit will be taken monthly on the first banking day of the month.
An Associate refers to a partner/spouse, or someone living at the same address. We will need proof, such as letters or bills with address on to prove that members share the same house.
Peak membership offers access to all areas at all times; Off-Peak membership includes access to all areas all day Friday-Sunday; 6.30-4.00pm Monday-Thursday (last entry 3.30pm)
The administrative fee is a fee charged for those members starting a Direct Debit. This fee covers the cost of setting up the direct debit and further costs such as membership card, bank fee set up charges etc. This is a one-off fee and will not be charged annually or indeed as long as you retain your membership.
If you wish to cancel, you must give one calendar month’s notice. You must complete a cancellation form, obtainable on request.
The admin fee will apply to any member starting up a Direct Debit. It also applies if you rejoin 6 months or more after your membership stopped. if you rejoin within this 6 month period no admin fee is required.
