On - Line Bookings

On-line booking problems

Due to an automatic Microsoft upgrade to Internet Explorer some users are experiencing difficulties when accessing our on-line booking system - the new version of Internet Explorer is Version 10. we are trying to resolve this currently. Please note all other browsers appear to be unaffected.

 Booking Terms and Conditions

 Classes

  • On-Line bookings can only be made by a current member of Queen's Sport
  • Login details may be obtained in person only from Reception
  • Bookings can be made up to 8 days in advance of your chosen class
  • Cancellations can be made up to 1hour in advance of your booking
  • Cancellations may be made on-line, in person or by telephone
  • If you are not an all-inclusive member you must pay the appropriate activity charge for your class -

      Queen's Student £4, Public member £4, Graduate member £3.50 and Staff member £3.00

  • Payments can be made on-line using most major credit cards
  • Refunds will not be issued unless at the discretion of Queen's Sport management
  • Off-Peak members may only book classes at Off-Peak times
  • Bookers must attend their class, Queen's Sport will monitor attendance

Court Bookings

  • On-Line bookings can only be made by a current member of Queen's Sport
  • Login details may be obtained in person only from Reception
  • Bookings can be mad up to 7 days in advance of your chosen class
  • Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance of your booking
  • Cancellations may be made on-line, in person or by telephone
  • Members must not book consecutive court sessions
  • Members must attend their booking, Queen's Sport will monitor attendance

Non Attendance

  • Members who do not attend a booked class will have one warning flag and message placed against their account
  • Queen's Sport will also email members advising that this action has taken place
  • If members fail to attend a second booked class a second flag will be placed against their account and on-line booking rights will be removed for a period of 1 month
  • If, once booking rights have been reinstated a member continues to break these terms and conditions Queen's Sport reserves the right to remove all class booking priviliges for up to 6 months
