Jive, swing & rock and roll and Ballet.
Ballet course is a pure quality ballet technique (Russian/Vaganova), which will strengthen and tone the body. You will be performing floor work, stretches, center work and diagonal. The emphasis is on alignment which encourages proper muscle usage and the development of fluid movement and increased flexibility while focusing the mind and body. The pace of this class provides an excellent workout with a systematic progression while enjoying the aesthetic forms and delicate movements.
Jive & Swing is described as a dance of the times. Whatever you’re musical tastes, there is a style of Jive to suit you. From the Lindy Hop of the 20’s to the Rock ‘n’ Roll of the 50’s, 60’s and the French Jive. This dance style has taken Belfast by storm!
