Explore Yoga Autumn 2020 Fixed


Now open for enrolment for Autumn 2020 - Course starts Monday 21 September!

During this six week course with Carolina Sherwani, we will cover both Hatha Yoga asanas, Sun Salutations, and Yin Yoga. 
In the Hatha Yoga practice we will explore practicing breathing and a variety of yoga Asanas focusing on different body areas in each class to help develop strength, balance and flexibility:  chest and shoulders, core strength,  twists,  side body stretches, hips, feet and ankles…
The Yin Yoga part of the course will explore a more slow-paced style of Yoga where postures are held for longer periods of time,  stimulating the channels of the meridians with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility as well as a more meditative approach. 
Suitable to beginners and all abilities.
There will be sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and the course will run for six weeks inclusive.
